    I absolutely DEPEND on these patches. I’ve only ever needed one patch to get me through the entire night. While the patch says to wait 30 minutes before drinking, I typically wait around 45 minutes. I buy the 30 pack because I keep them on hand. It is SO helpful, even my friends know to remind me to put one on before we go out. 10/10 RECOMMEND!!!
