I’m pretty sure it’s helping to some extent but I don’t think it’s effective enough to be definitive. If anything, I think it does help the flush go away a bit sooner.
Overall, I’d still get it since it does feel like it helps, just wish it does a bit more.

I love these patches so much and tell all my friends about them. I don’t use them for the purpose of reducing glow but to prevent hang overs. I put two on before I know I’m going to have a bottle of wine or a few drinks and the patches make me function like a normal human being the next day. My friends who have tried them love them as well – no more lounging on the couch on Sundays. Instead, they wake up feeling rested and can spend quality time with their families.
